1.she plan her lesson based theme and outcome.
2. The differentiate is the activity based on children’s level.
3. She plans weekly.
4. In a group but then she review and edit the plan in a way that suits the class. 
Pastoral



How often do you meet parents?
What does your pastoral work involve?
When parents pick up their children, she gets the chance to speak with them. Also she sends weekly comment to parents and some of them respond, and she communicates with them through using whats app.


Professional Development



What PD do you do?  How often do you have PD?
1.She did PD on differentiation and also on innovation and creatively. She also getting children engaged in learning.
2. Through out the year because she set some targets that she needs to improve and she work to wards that to achieve them.
Class Management



What do you need to manage your class?
How do you manage your class?  Do you have any problems with class management?  Which classroom rules do you use? Why?
1.She need to set a specific classroom rules and strategies and use them in a continuous way, she use some phrases so children know what she expect them to do e.g. 123 set nicely, cross your leg and fold your arms. 2. She always try to do best to manage children’s behavior but she always believe that she need to edit a plan that helps them to become engaged in learn.
3.She use different strategies but she always keep using one strategy because she think it is very beneficial which is catching children when they are behaving good and always referring to positive behavior.  
Teaching Strategies



What is your favorite teaching strategy?
What important strategies should we follow?
Her favorite teaching strategy is using child-centered approach because it gives the children the opportunity to share and discus what they learn.
