Observation task 4 : Planning and preparing for learning

Interview:

1.How do you plan? Do you plan weekly, daily, as part a team or individually?

- We plan together every Wednesday, discuss the outcomes. Then I plan individually for each subject. 

2.Do you do anything you haven’t planning a lesson? 

- Yes, sometimes I scarp the plan learned on what children produce.

3.What is important to you when planning a lesson?

- Each child access lesson (differentiation) recourse. 

4.Do you plan to do the same thing with all children in the classroom?    (Why/why not)?

- No, activates are different because of children ability.
